We would like to reiterate our support and heartfelt feelings for those impacted by the virus, we wish those who are ill, a full recovery, and our sympathies for those have lost loved ones. Secondly, we’d like to express our gratitude for those selfless health care workers who are on the front lines, tirelessly working to care for all those in need.
At Biggie Best, the safety of our customers, your families and our workforce is our greatest priority.
In support of social distancing and our nations effort to stop the spread of COVID-19 known as the Corona Virus, we have instituted a new process to ensure the safest and most hygienic delivery.
No Physical contact between delivery courier and the receiver.
Step 1: On arrival at your home, the Courier (Dawn Wing) will ring the bell or intercom and announce that they have arrived to complete a package delivery from Biggie Best.
Step 2: The courier will explain to you that they will leave the package at the door with the documentation to be signed and they will then step back to a safe distance, at least 2 meters.
Step 3: Once you have opened the door, please complete the documentation that has been left for you (with your own pen if possible) and place the copy being returned either back on the counter, floor, wall or gate and you can then close the door. The courier will then pick up the documentation and leave the premises.
Step 4: The documents also needs to be singed on a mobile device (the courier will explain this to you). Once you have picked up the package, they will ask for your name and complete the transaction on the device for you.
Please bring all returns back to our stores once they have re-opened. We would like to assure you that our staff have been trained on all the sanitary and hygiene measures as laid out by the NICD.
