DELIVERY AND RETURNS
In support of social distancing and our nations efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19 known as the Corona Virus, we have instituted a new process to ensure the safest and most hygienic delivery possible to your home.
No physical contact between delivery courier and the receiver
On arrival at your home the courier (Dawn Wing) will ring the bell or intercom and announce that they have arrived to complete a package delivery from Biggie Best.
The courier will explain to you that they will leave the package at the door, with the documentation to be signed and they will then step back to a safe distance, at least 2 meters
Once you have opened the door, please complete the documentation that has been left for you (with your own pen if possible) and place the copy being returned either back on the counter, floor, wall or gate and you can then close the door. The courier will then pick up the documentation and leave the premises.
If the document needs to be signed on a mobile device the courier will explain this to you and once you have picked up the package he/she will ask for your name and complete the transaction on the device for you.
Please bring returns to your nearest open store. We would like to assure you that our store teams are taking every precaution in relation to hygiene and cleanliness as laid out by the NICD.
All online purchases are delivered to your specified address through an appointed courier service.
We charge a minimum postage charge of R90.00 for each delivery below R900.00.If you order value exceeds R900 you will pay 10% of the invoice value.
To ensure correct delivery, a physical street address must be provided as the delivery address at checkout. All shipments are followed by an email to the customer with a parcel tracking number. Delivery can take up to 1 week if goods are already manufactured and in stock. If goods are out of stock or need to be manufactured, Biggie Best will contact you with an expected delivery date.

We stand behind the quality of our product and will accept returns, provided the following conditions are met:
All returns must be made at your closet Biggie Best store
We are contacted within 30 days of the goods being received
in this period of crisis
The product has not been used
The product has not been washed
The product has not been damaged or soiled in any way
The product is still in its original packaging
Biggie Best do not accept returns on duvet inners, pillows, mattress or pillow protectors due to hygienic reasons
As per the Consumer Protection Act (2011), customers are permitted to return goods within a period of 6 months, in the case of a manufacturing defect. Biggie Best reserves the right to have the product returned to us for inspection before a replacement is sent.
Custom-made items: Since each order is made to your individual specifications, we cannot accept any returns for any reason other than a manufacturing defect.
When contacting Biggie Best regarding a return, please include your order number and reason for return on the correspondence.
Online purchases may be returned to any Biggie Best store with a valid receipt and under the conditions that have been listed above.
